Acesso rápido, liberação do acesso facial rápido, Limpeza, chuveiro muito bom, janelas boas permitem silêncio total, internet muito boa, gostei muito e recomendo

A localização é simplesmente perfeita, próxima a 2 restaurantes muito bons e tem um mercadinho bem em frente ao prédio. Tamanho do apartamento e distribuição comporta 2 pessoas confortavelmente, tem secador de cabelo.
Os lençóis estavam manchados e um pouco amarelados, dava pra ver que não estavam tão limpos e como fui no frio senti falta da troca de toalhas, só deixaram realmente 2, o que fez com que várias vezes tivéssemos que nos enxugar com a toalha molhada e senti muita falta de pelo menos um filtro de água, na minha opinião é essencial.

Bom espaço e boa localização e sem barulho da rua, o que pra mim é muito importante.
A geladeira não estava funcionando, abri chamado mas não foi consertada. Tive que levar tudo que comprei e que era perecível para o trabalho.
