Favorite Sevrier spot

Fantastic apartment in Sevrier, located in a private home, separated from the families living area. Separate entry and balcony with the most stunning lake views. Located just on the bottom of Semnoz. If you’re a Roadbiker, Mountainbiker or Runner- this place will make you happy. We recommend to bring your bike, to go to Annecy center, as the road can get crowded in the main season. Otherwise the place was just rebuild as it seems. All is new and most lovely decorated. I think the place is surely roomier than most, especially for a family. The kitchen is well furnished and to the next bakery it’s just a little walk away. Our dog was with us and had a garden to play. All in one, a great experience and Gilles was really helpful and friendly.

Superbe localisation, au calme et proche d'Annecy. Vue sur le lac à couper le souffle. Logement propre, moderne et agréable.

Un souci de chauffage en fin de séjour, les propriétaires ont été réactifs et nous ont fourni des chauffages d'appoint.

Superbe emplacement au calme et à 5 min du Lac

Superbe emplacement sur les hauts de Sévrier avec une vue magnifique sur le Lac et les montagnes ! La maison est très bien équipée et la literie top ! Nous avons passé un très bon moment.

Très beau logement, très bien décoré, super bien équipé. Superbe vue sur le lac. De plus une place de parking dans la résidence. On se croirait à la maison. Et la gentillesse des hôtes pour finir. on reviendra

Apartamento muy bien situado y tranquilo

Los espacios del apartamento eran grandes. No pudimos disfrutar mucho de la terraza porque estuvimos mucho tiempo fuera. Apartamento nuevo y moderno Tranquilo y sin ruido exterior. A 5 minutos del lago

La limpieza no era muy correcta, había pelos de un perro anterior. La terraza si vas con niños no es segura porque no tiene barrera y se podrían caer.

Belle vue et logement agréable, pourrait être parfait avec quelques petites améliorations

La vue sur le lac, la propreté et l’espace à l’intérieur du logement

Nous devons être parmi les premiers clients de cet hébergement et certains points d’aménagement et d’accueil restent à améliorer pour rendre cet endroit parfait. Coté équipement, il n’y a aucune patère dans la salle de bain ni possibilité d’accrocher sa serviette à portée de main de la sortie de douche. La terrasse, point fort du logement de part sa vue, mériterait d’être un peu plus aménagée et cosy avec notamment un brise vue pour la séparer du reste de la maison. Il manquait également du liquide vaisselle et un torchon. Des dvd sont à disposition mais rien pour les visionner. Concernant l’accueil, il n’y a aucun petit livret de recommandation personnalisée du propriétaire pour nous indiquer les endroits sympas pour manger ou à visiter. Ce sont des détails mais ayant payé 425€ pour 3 nuits, ce sont des petites choses qui auraient été appréciées.

Une très belle expérience dans ce logement qui dispose de tout ce qu il faut.. endroit très calme, avec un super accueil et des propriétaires très disponibles en cas de besoin.une magnifique vue sur le lac d Annecy.
