It was a clean and modern room with really good AC. Great location only a couple of minutes from the front promenade. Great communication with Juan throughout our entire stay.

Only small thing was the shower had no hot water however with the hot temperatures in the Galápagos it’s not a major issue.

The location is great. Very close to everything and thanks to our room on the 4th floor it was quiet enough to be able to sleep. The AC worked and there is space outside to hang your clothes to dry.

The hot water in the shower did not be work properly for 3 out of the 4 nights. One person had to stand outside the room to pop the fuse back in every 45 seconds. Juan was informed and told us that he would have an electrician look after it. The communal kitchen was also dirty when we got there. The fridge was cleaned but the rest not so we decided not to cook and eat out instead. We only got fresh towels and the bins were emptied after 3 days. For this price we had much better service in other places of Galapagos. Maybe we should have insisted so just keep that in mind.
