We were a family with 3 children desperate for a break from the city. We oaid £305 for 3 nights which was cheaper than all of the alternative accommodations on this site in the Portsmouth region. The kitchen and shower/toilet room were reasonable.
We arrived on my birthday. Following a swim and a meal out. We could not locate the front door 142b was NOT the door to the right of 142A. We knocked on the door waking up the guests of 142C and it took 2 hours to finally discover a small service door with no number written on the door and open it.instructions given on the message to us were completely inccurate and unclear. We tried repeatedly to phone the service number but after 10pm they ignored a calls. The little walled garden was sweet (and ciould be developed) but again their was a build up of muddy dirt behind the canopy. Beds were super uncomfortable and parking was near impossible as this is a built up area where everybody has their own parking space.
