Cottage in the hills above Salavas

Maisonette of 35m2 fully equipped and comfortable in a former holiday village transformed into a small condominium of 13 cottages with communal swimming pool 10m by 5m + wading pool in a quiet area with a view of the Ardèche mountains. (parking at the entrance of the condominium, no cars in the village, no engine noise or pollution)
Close to the village (300m) of Salavas by a GR4 hiking trail and Vallon Pont d'Arc with all its shops and entertainment.

Take advantage of the proximity of Salavas to visit exceptional places. Explore the Gorges de l'Ardèche, take an excursion to the Pont d'Arc, or visit the charming medieval town of Vogüé. Nature lovers will also appreciate the many hikes available in the surrounding area, and the water sports in Vallon-Pont-d'Arc.
Additional information:
- 50 euros cleaning fee will be requested on arrival but this can be done by the tenant on request (all products are provided)
- Non-smoking inside the cottage and no pets
- Parties not allowed

Present on your arrival and departure (and very flexible on arrival times), and in order to avoid any disputes, an inventory of fixtures will be made at the entrance and exit and a deposit of 400 euros will be requested and given to you on your departure. Being in a small condominium and for the respect of the other tenants, internal rules for the swimming pool and common areas will be sent to you by email before your arrival. You will have to read them in order to avoid any misunderstanding.
