About this cottage rental
Hartwood cottage is a 4 bedroom guest house located on a 4 acre rural property on the outskirts of Bathurst with beautiful views looking over Evans Plains. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay with multiple beds catering for large groups. It is fully equipped for up to 10 people if need be but sleeps 8 comfortably.
Only an 8-minute drive to the Bathurst CBD and 10-minute drive to the famous Mount Panorama Racing circuit.
The space
The Guest house is separate from the main residence on the property and provides a private quiet setting.
General layout & inclusions within the guesthouse:
- Freshly renovated bathroom with large shower, vanity, combo washer/dryer and heated floor
- Separate toilet in WC
- Freshley renovated fully equipped kitchen
- Large living area with lounge and dining table
- Smart TV in the living area and all bedrooms (5 in total)
- Free Wifi
Bedding Arrangement:
- BED 1 - 1 x queen bed & 1 x King single bed
- BED 2 - 1 x queen bed & 1 x King single bed
- BED 3 - 1 x Double & 1 x single (Bunk)
- BED 4 - 2 x single bed's

Guests have full access to the guest house, carport, concrete car parking area, sheep paddock and public reserve at the rear of the property.

Suited our needs perfectly for a family group. Beautiful surrounds in the rolling hills of the countryside. Kids liked the bunk bed & the sheep (& the TVs).

The property was clean, well presented and spacious. The air conditioning was already on when we arrived and the heated tiles in the bathroom a bonus for the winter cold. We would recommend this to anyone and will be returning of we ever return to Bathurst.

We were extremely happy with our stay here. They place was spacious and super clean. Views were amazing and was just perfect for our needs. Would highly recommend staying here for a nice quiet little getaway.
