All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The house is amazing, thr pool and patio is super relaxing.. Nice community with a decent community center as well. And the location is in a hot spot too, plenty of shopping within 15min. Now the frowns: Super weak wifi.making it impossible to use. Refrigerator was only cold.enough to keep drinks cool. Had to keep buying Ice from the grocery store.

It was overall a good place to stay there was enough room for everyone comfortably and the quiet hours were reasonable the only thing we didn’t really like was walking to the house from down the road but it was no big deal since we didn’t go out at night like that

The house was clean except we found a few small roaches crawling on the kitchen floor. Beds are OK, bathroom amenities, towels. Toiletries were great. Some furniture needs replacing and carpets are somewhat stained. The pool was very clean and the patio surrounding it was very nice and comfortable. The house accommodated 16 of us very comfortably. Problem is that although this is a quiet neighborhood with quiet time 11pm to 8am and no parties allowed, we had 2 neighbors that partied u told 4am both nights we were there. We had to call the police on them. Homes are very close to reach other. Only thing separating one home from another is the pool area screen, so if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful vacation this is not the place for you.
