Ideal for family with 1 or two kids

The location is optimal in every respect, close to both the beach and the village centre. No problems with parking. A sufficient degree of privacy.

One should provide a key to the garbage disposal bay of the house together with other keys, sharing a common one on every is a nuisance.

Gute ruhige Lage kurzer Weg zur Ostsee

Die ruhige Lage, sehr geräumig. Große Terrasse, direkter Parkplatz am Haus.

Türschloß funktionierte nicht immer, Spinnweben in den Räumen und in den Heizkörper Zwischenräumen. Schmutzige Spiegel, Geschirr teilweise nicht sauber. Brotkrümel in den Besteckschubladen. Abzughaube zog keinen Dampf ab (ich würde sagen Dekoartikel). Kein Schneidebrett nur Frühstücksbrettchen. Im Badezimmer sehr starker Geruch aus den Abflüssen.

Die Wohnung befand sich in einer sehr ruhigen Wohnanlage. Sie war groß und geräumig. 5min zum Strand an der Steilküste.

Tolle Wohnung

Haus Nemo lag super zentral, wir hatten kurze Wege zum Strand, zum Zentrum und zum Einkaufen. Es war sehr ruhig, nachts konnten wir das Meer hören! Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet (tolle Holzmöbel, Ofen) und sauber. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig, ein Teppich o.ä. hätte es etwas verbessert.

Ein schönes Wochenende in Rerik

Größe der Wohnung war sehr gut und die Lage des Ferienhauses auch (dicht zum Strand)

Das WLAN hat nicht funktioniert. Sichtschutz im Bad nicht vorhanden (großes Fenster zum Weg/Parkplatz wo alle Hausbewohner lang gehen - eine Folie auf dem Fenster wäre vielleicht gut) Eine Garderobe fehlte.

Um Welten zu teuer. Insbesondere die Zusatzkosten für Selbstverständlichen wie Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind unverschäm

Die Lage war gut.

Es stellte sich heraus, dass man für Handtücher und Bettzeug extra - 22 Euro pro Person - zahlen muss!!! Dafür „durfte“ man das Bett auch noch selber beziehen. So dass man über 300 Euro für eine Nacht zahlen musste. Eine Unterkunft dieser Qualität hätte vor 2 oder 3 Jahren keine 80 Euro gekostet.

Das Haus ist modern und die Wohnküche ich groß. Die Lage ist ruhig. Auf kurzem Weg sind Supermärkte, Restaurants und der Strand erreichbar.

Enttäuscht nach der Bewertung auf booking.com

Die Lage und Ausstattung waren gut.

Leider war die Wohnung vernachlässigt, weil sie nicht gründlich geputzt wird. Kaffeemaschine, Toaster waren verrostet, in der Kaffeekanne waren noch die Reste des Vormieters, Sofa unappetitlich fleckig etc. Schade um die Wohnung!

Nicht so super

Lage und Parkmöglichkeiten waren sehr gut

Leider war die Unterkunft nicht sauber und hat sehr muffig gerochen. Die Fenster waren schmutzig, Spinnengewebe in der Wohnung und den Fenstern. Im Bad müssten die Duschbrause und der Toilettendeckel dringend erneuert werden. Außerdem hat der Vormieter ordentlich Sand hinterlassen. Zum Glück mussten wir nur eine Nacht buchen, der Preis dafür war allerdings viel zu hoch.

Haus mit mehreren schönen Ferienwohnungen

Sehr schöne Lage - man ist in wenigen Schritten an der Küste und auch am Strand, dennoch nicht zu nah an der Stadt und der Hauptbadezone. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Besteck war sehr großzügig; gut geschnittene Räume mit reichlich Platz.

Die Rollladengurte waren etwas in die Jahre gekommen, auch die Spülmaschine reinigte nicht immer gut. Nimmt man das Zimmer mit Gartenterrasse an der Parkplatzseite, nutzen Mitmieter auch schon einmal die Wiese vor der Terrasse als Abkürzung oder Kinderspielplatz. Die Parkplätze könnten den Zimmern direkt zugeordnet werden.

1.x dort

Wir kommen aus der lauten Stadt Berlin, es war für uns sehr schön ruhig und wir konnten entspannen. Zur Ostsee nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß, einkaufen war fußläufig auch gut erreichbar. Man kann gute Touren mit dem Rad unternehmen. Wir waren allem in allem sehr zufrieden. Einen kleinen Mangel gibt es…eventuell auch 1-2 kleine Kochtöpfe wären schön, ansonsten war die Küche gut ausgestattet. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder! 🤗

es ist grad noch so als ok einzuordnen

sehr einfaches Ein- und Auschecken..

Es sollte sich bald jemand etwas intensiver um das Gebäude kümmern. Die Treppe zum DG scheint nicht mehr fest, einige bauliche und sanitäre Einrichtungen wirken sehr verbraucht und improvisiert. Die Reinigungsgebühr sollte auch an ordentliches Reinigungspersonal weitergegeben werden. Viele schmutzige Ecken hinterlassen unguten Eindruck.

Ostern in Rerik

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung war für einige Tage unser Zuhause. Angenehm ist der eigene, immer reservierte Parkplatz. Die Siedlung ist sehr ruhig, prima für Abende auf dem Balkon.

Das Mülltrennen klappt nicht so richtig. Das liegt aber daran, dass nicht alle mit machen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, auch für länger

Durch den Schlüsselsafe war der Check-In unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, in der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Zum Strand/ zur Steilküste kommt man in ein paar Minuten.

Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig.

Lage ist gut, aber renovierungsbedürftigt …

Die Lage der Wohnung ist in Strandnähe. Für 6 Personen war ausreichend. Die Schlüsselübergabe ist unproblematisch.

Die Ansicht Ferienhaus passt nicht in der Beschreibung, es sind alles Ferienwohnungen im Haus. Die Küchenzeile müsste dringend repariert bzw. erneuert werden, hängende und defekte Türen. Der Toaster kaputt, dreckige Backbleche, Küche insgesamt nicht sauber. Das Sofa ist zwar großzügig, aber unbequem. Die Treppe ist für Kleinkinder nicht mit einem Fallschutz versehen.
