-Smart TV’s in living room and primary bedroom
-Ductless AC in living area and both bedrooms
-Sleeper sofa in living room to allow for up to 6 guests total
-1 Queen bed in Primary and in Guest room, 2 twins that can be converted into a King upon request ahead of time
-2 full bathrooms-Primary en suite bath has tub/shower combo and guest bathroom has walk in open shower
-Seating for 4 at the dining table, plus seating for 2 at the kitchen counter on barstools, and additional seating for 2 on the garden-view lanai.

The unit is surprisingly better than expected when considering the exterior of the building. It was well thought out with many amenities (electric outlets, dishwasher, cleaning agents, etc.) and made our stay stress free. One minor drawback was the narrow parking space assigned especially if the adjacent vehicle is parked on the line. We would definitely rent again if we travel to Kīhei in the future.

This unit was exceptionally clean, well stocked, and the managing team was wonderful. It was the perfect unit for our family of five.

The entire apartment was very clean, kitchen well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Short walk to the beach, and local foodland and cafe for takeout. Great communication from manager. Thank you, will come back and stay.
