The Alcalá apartments are located in the Ventas neighbourhood, near the Plaza de Toros and in the heart of Calle Alcalá, the main artery of the district, which, in addition to being the longest avenue in Madrid, is full of life and has local businesses and shops.
Ciudad Lineal is an extensive district full of services, shops and cafés. A neighbourhood that is lived on foot, with great commercial activity where everything is close and everything is possible.
Among other places of interest, it is very close to the always lively Plaza de Quintana, Calero park, Alcalá Norte shopping centre and Pablo Neruda library. Tradition and innovation coexist in this hub of urban transformation.
The constant development of this area has made it the location of important television production studios, large administrative centres and major companies. The studio:
Located on the first floor, this cosy studio with capacity for 4 people combines in the same space the magnificent and well-distributed living room, the dining area and a rest area with a comfortable sofa bed and a SmartTV.
Likewise, the modern kitchen integrated in this space is fully equipped with utensils and various appliances.
This accommodation has a complete bathroom with shower.
The cot is subject to availability. Please give a maximum of 5 days' notice.
The change from heating to air conditioning will be carried out at the end of May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be in November in accordance with the protocols established by the property.
Things to bear in mind:
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal lettings, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Lettings Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal letting contract upon arrival.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the Grupo BizTrip app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the telephone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1000 will be requested, refundable at the end of the stay if there is no damage to the accommodation.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the rest hours established at all times.
