This multi- level, Penthouse Condo with views of the Atlantic, easy beach access, and within walking distance of all Sandbridge has to offer will not disappoint! With three bedrooms on the first floor and an expansive loft on the second offering 2 bunk sets with Twin/Double beds, full bat, & den this condo will easily accommodate everyone in your party!
This unit was recently remodeled and redecorated with a modern, beachy design in mind. Warm coastal tones combined with vaulted ceilings offer a relaxing and airy feel, while expansive windows and southern exposure provide fantastic views of the ocean, the community, and Back Bay. The decks offer a great spot to people watch!
The spacious kitchen itself is a class act with rich, dark cherry cabinets, black granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen opens to the dining area, with plenty of seating for everyone at the table. The living room has a leather-accent sectional, a flatscreen TV, and access to the deck and outdoor table for al fresco dining or a game of cards oceanside.
The primary King suite features a double vanity, a jetted tub, a walk-in shower, and access to the large balcony - the perfect place for enjoying a quiet morning sunrise. There are two additional, bedrooms on the first floor including a King and Queen. Both have access to a full hallway bathroom with gorgeous custom tile work in the walk-in shower.
The Sandbridge Dunes Complex is meticulously maintained. You'll have access to a courtyard with an outdoor swimming pool, covered cabana, a grilling station with picnic tables, a fitness room, and two elevators.
Use the storage unit in the garage to keep your chairs and beach supplies conveniently stowed during your stay and there is also gated garage parking

Garage Parking Clearance is 6'4. Each guest received 2 Parking Passes. Storage Area Available for guest use Key Provided.
***Additional parking is available for daily/ weekly purchase at the Virginia Beach City Parking Lot located across the street, behind the Sandbridge Market for oversized vehicles or overflow parking.
Electric Vehicles may not be parked or charged at the Sandbridge Dunes Complex per HOA rules.
Elevator Access: The building has an elevator that's at least 52 inches deep and a doorway at least 32 inches wide.
The Sandbridge Dunes Condo Pools are open from Mid May to Late September (weather permitting). These dates are at the sole discretion of the Sandbridge Dunes Condo Association.
Pets are not permitted at the Sandbridge Dunes Condos.

This condo was fantastic for our family! The recent remodel made it feel fresh and comfortable, and the ocean views were absolutely amazing. Getting to the beach was incredibly easy, which was a huge plus with the kids. We really enjoyed the pool and all the other amenities too. It was such a relaxing and fun family vacation—we definitely recommend it!

This was a great place! We all loved being so close to the beach and it was ideal for all 4 families to be together in one place. We were a little disappointed that there was no soap or travel size shampoo and conditioners. Salt and pepper in the kitchen would be very helpful too!
