We spent Easter weekend at this property . We were a family of 4 adults and 2 young children. This was an outstanding home. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and each had their own bathroom. The home was well appointed with everything you would want or need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Loved the extra special touch of nice bathroom soap and shampoo ! The kitchen had a wonderful coffee station and all the dishes, silverware , cookware and glassware you would need to cook and eat with. Tennis rackets and balls were a surprise and well appreciated , when the court was empty we got a chance to enjoy it! Parking was easy right behind the house and it was great that it was included so you don't have to worry about meters or walking to a parking garage like some vrbo houses we have rented in Savannah . The front porch with rocking chairs was a favorite hangout for our entire family ! From morning coffee to evening cocktails ! Being right next to the park but at the far end was just right, there was just enough people watching without feeling like you overwhelmed by crowds. There was a farmers market on Saturday and it was a short walk across the street, very cool. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this property and the property manager Stacia. You will not regret staying here , it's a perfect home away from home to enjoy Savannah! We would without reservation stay here again!

Our group of six recently spent three nights at The Abilene on Forsyth Park for a milestone birthday getaway, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional! The property is beautifully appointed, featuring three gorgeous bedrooms that accommodated our party perfectly. We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the home and the thoughtful amenities provided in both the kitchen and bathrooms.While the property offers two convenient parking spaces—which easily accommodated our large rental SUV—we found the location so central that we rarely needed to drive. The historic downtown of Savannah is a pleasant 15-20 minute walk away. Finally, the owners provided a comprehensive guest guide which made check-in effortless, and her quick responses to my inquiries ensured we felt well-supported throughout our stay. The Abilene was the cornerstone of a magical weekend. I highly recommend this property and would certainly stay here again.

The house was so beautiful and well stocked. By far my favorite house we’ve stayed in out of all the houses we’ve vacationed at! Perfect in every way! 10/10 highly recommend!
