We're thrilled to offer heating (and chilling!) for the pool and hot tub to make your stay even more comfortable, whether you're visiting in warm weather or cooler months.
A Few Things to Know:
-The pool or hot tub can be heated upon request—unfortunately, not both at the same time.
-If the pool is heated, the hot tub will match the pool’s temperature but won’t reach 100°F, and the jets will not function.
-If the hot tub is heated to 100°F with jets, the pool cannot be heated simultaneously.
-On especially warm days, we can also chill the water upon request—perfect for a refreshing dip!

Please note: it takes several hours for the pool or hot tub to reach the desired temperature once your request is confirmed.

This Baton Rouge home has three different island inspired, colorful designer bedrooms with luxurious gel foam King beds. The primary downstairs bedroom has hardwood floors and built in work space, while the two upstairs bedrooms have plush carpet. All rooms have hotel-quality linens, leafy house plants, and sleek flat-screen TVs. Large windows in all bedrooms allow for plenty of natural light, and small details like stylish area rugs and thought-out accents make spaces feel warm and inviting. Large closets with a dresser allow for large hanging and folded wardrobes.

This stylish home has one ensuite full bathroom in the primary suite with a spacious shower, high pressure shower heads, mirrored vanity, hidden & hanging storage, and lovely finishes. Spend all day exploring Baton Rouge, and then come home and enjoy a long, hot shower before settling in for the night. The water pressure is excellent, towels are soft, and bathroom basics (like shampoo, conditioner, hand soaps, make-up towels) are included.

This unique home is just minutes from LSU, the Baton Rouge Health District, and some of the best local restaurants, cafes and happy hour spots in Baton Rouge. However, on days when you want to stay in and cook at home, this fully furnished kitchen gives you the appliances and enough space to do it comfortably.

The modern kitchen features custom cabinets, granite countertops, new stainless-steel appliances, a large sink, dishwasher, and drawers stocked with kitchen basics and utensils. The new dining set creates a comfortable open concept feel with views of the living room, backyard oasis space and kitchen.

Start your morning by brewing coffee in the coffee maker and using the waffle maker and complimentary starter mix, toaster and blender to make a quick or lazy breakfast. Order takeout, enjoy on the dining table, and use the microwave to reheat leftovers for a midnight snack.

Dining areas located at the 6 person dining table provides for a stay with a full house. It is a great place to serve a family-style dinner. When not eating here, the table is a great spot to play board games or cards, or open your laptop, connect to the high-speed WiFi, and get some work done before heading out for a full day exploring Baton Rouge.

Relax in the comfy living room with a plush sectional, two colorful designer accent chairs, chic finishes, and lots of natural light. Settle on the luxurious sofa and read a good book or binge-watch your favorite shows on the 43-inch flat-screen TV. The rich aqua accent chairs, comfy chaise lounge sofa and colored accent pillows create the feeling of being in an open tropical vibe area in the center of town.

Your rental home unique in this central location with a private gated pool, hot tub, fire pit and lounge area. Enjoy poolside snacks during the day or BBQ for the big game with a gas BBQ pit. The outdoor covered oasis features an oversized swing, patio table with seating for five under a covered area with ceiling fan and streaming TV. Relax on the swing watching your favorite show/game/movie or listen to the pool fountain as you enjoy your favorite book.

Take a dip in the pool, in the back yard or get some sun in the pool deck loungers. We love to enjoy our favorite snacks and a nice glass of wine at sunset under the poolside umbrella, table and chairs. Cold drinks welcome too!

Upon request, the pool and/or hot tub can be chilled if the day is extremely warm, or heated if you’d like to take a dip in the cooler months. Please note that only 1 can be heated at a time, not both simultaneously. Additional fees apply on a per stay basis. Note the pool and hot tub take a few hours to chill/heat after your request is confirmed…but trust us, it’s definitely worth it!
