Stay in a cozy apartment overlooking a peaceful pasture, where the absence of noise pollution lets you fully embrace the sounds of nature. During your stay at the farm, we encourage you to book a Farm Tour directly through our website, or enjoy the grazing animals from the deck on the first floor ONLY. Otherwise access to animals without the owners present is not allowed.
Enjoy the animals from the deck ONLY. Please do not enter through any gates or step off the back deck….into any pasture. Animals can be unpredictable in their behavior hence why we encourage you to sign up for a farm tour through our website.

Clover Brooke Farm is working fiber farm raising llamas, alpacas, sheep and Pygora Goats for fiber and a very popular Agritourism destination welcoming over 4000 visitors a year. We offer unique animal experiences (hikes, walks and tours) along with seasonal classes that you must pre-register in advance directly through our website if interested in participating in .
Overnight Guests receive a 10% discount on any pre-registered class booked through our website. A coupon code will be provided upon booking and can be found in the Directions section of your Airbnb confirmation. The farm is located in the historic Hudson Valley on 45 acres, offering pastoral views, stocked bass pond and old wooded forest with walking trails. The apartment(s) are housed on the second floor in our newly renovated 1850 barn, located adjacent to the parking lot. During your stay you will have the option to join our farm tours that are offered only on Saturdays and Sundays at 12pm or our many others experiences all viewed (and booked) on our website
During your stay at the farm, we encourage you to visit our website to review and book any weekend experiences in advance, such as Farm Tours or Animal Encounters. Please note that the farm is closed for experiences ***Monday/Tuesday through Thursday, and no guest activities are offered during those days( (season dependent).****
Guests are welcome to enjoy watching the grazing animals from the first-floor deck only. For the safety of our animals and visitors, access to pastures or animals is not permitted without the owner's direct permission.
Also, please be aware that the apartment is located on the second floor and is not handicap accessible, as there is no elevator.
The Farm does NOT have any food to offer or sell, please be prepared for your stay.

VERY IMPORTANT!!!!! - When you arrive, the entrance to the crushed stone parking lot is lighted with two four solar lights (two on each side of pole)and farm sign hangs overhead on right side of the entrance. In addition, there are two solar lights for signifying parking spot. Once parked, the apartments are across the parking lot, next to farm store, with WELCOME sign to right of door. Once through door, walk around to right, through classroom and the stairs. Please do NOT park in front of the red barn as this is private parking for the farm owners.

The space was beautiful, comfortable, and very cozy. My husband and I were staying one night as part of a Christmas gift, mini vacation away from the kids. While we did not have an opportunity to part take in any classes, they look like fun and we plan on being back. It has snowed the night before and I was pleased to see that the roads and the parking lot were all cleared by the time we arrived. I just did not receive the check out instructions until the day after we checked out so we were not able to follow those to a tee but we did the best we could to keep the space clean. We would certainly like to return!

The stay was great! The listing is very accurate to what the property is, so we very much enjoyed staying in the newly renovated barn. We loved the location, which felt very out-of-the-way but was also only twenty minutes from town. Seeing all of the farm animals and the very friendly barn cat was a plus!

This is a unique farm venue and we enjoyed seeing the animals while we enjoyed the deck. The unit was comfortable and clean. The hosts were very flexible and were able to adjust our dates on short notice caused by a family emergency.
