Originally a 19th-century stable, this 4 bedroom home in central London, England, became a 2013 prize winning home by design et al Magazine's International Design & Architecture Awards for Residential Architecture Property. In 2023, the home was newly furnished and revitalized while maintaining its award winning architectural style that spans four levels (with an elevator) and approximately 3,500 square feet (excluding the Principal Terrace and Roof Terrace with a fully retractable roof).

The four-bedroom, three and a half bathroom, air conditioned house has two large reception rooms and two terraces for relaxing and entertaining. The house is quiet and flooded with light, but steps away South Kensington shops and restaurants, Hyde Park, and public transportation.
The lower floor unveils a sophisticated kitchen adorned with modern fixtures, complemented by a vibrant living wall that breathes life into the space. Natural light cascades generously, illuminating a tasteful dining room designed for shared moments with friends and family. The house was even better than the photos. It was perfect for our large family. One room has a new, very nice bunk (not photographed) which was great for our two younger kids (10 and 13). The hang out spaces and bedrooms were all wonderful. Andre, the property manager was excellent and very responsive.The location is outstanding! Only about a 1/4 mile from Kensington Park. We would all highly recommend this property!! Par.

My wife and I brought our adult children and their significant others to spend the American Thanksgiving in London. This home is truly one of a kind! Its clean, well equipped, stylish, in a prime central location, and of course comfortable.
The kitchen and adjacent dining/living areas made it great space for the family to gather, cook, and spend time together. The bedrooms have comfortable beds and sheets, the bathrooms clean and bright, and the upstairs living and gaming area was a nice space for evening games and conversation. Although the weather was chilly, we did open to rooftop to take in the cool air (not very common for Texans!).
On top of all this, Andre and Robert were exceptional hosts. They greeted us on arrival and gave a tour of the property to explain the functionalities. Area restaurant recommendation? They had it. Arrival basket with fruit and treats? They did that too. Checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed? Yep. In all my years of renting homes through HomeAway/VRBO, Andre and Robert are hands down the best hosts we've ever had. I cannot recommend them and the home enough if you're looking for a spectacular place to spend time in London
