The first guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed with an additional trundle double bed, 43” smart TV, along with a spacious closet.
The second guest bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, 43” smart TV and spacious closet, perfect for accommodating multiple guests.
The second full bathroom features a convenient tub/shower combo, ideal for guests' use.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishware, kids' dishware, silverware, and spices, making meal preparation a breeze. You can dine at the table for eight, with two additional seats at the counter, or enjoy your meal outside. This home sits in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood with easy access to beautiful Gulf Coast beaches. The area is known for its well-kept homes and close-knit community. Residents enjoy proximity to parks like Walsingham Park, and the Pinellas Trail, making it ideal for outdoor activities and family living. Shopping, dining, and entertainment options are just a short drive away, and major highways offer quick commutes to Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater.
Getting Around:
If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer free parking. There are 4 spots in the driveway. However, if driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay, there are many convenient, easily accessible transportation options close to our home.

★Note about the Pool★
While the pool is not heated, you'll find it's perfect for refreshing dips during Florida's warm and sunny days. The natural warmth of the Florida climate ensures a comfortable and enjoyable swim year-round.
★FL Weather★
We are not responsible for FL weather changes / delays leading up to and during your reservation. In the event of a storm, our cancellation policy stands. Please purchase Travel Insurance.
★BUGS & CRITTERS★
Please be aware that this is Florida. If you don't want bugs, mosquito's, spiders, snakes, armadillos, lizards, iguanas, raccoons, palmetto bugs, deer and/or cockroaches in the house, please do not leave the door open. We do not give refunds for bug and/or animals found in or outside the property. We do have a monthly pest service in place. We can at anytime have dangerous animals located on this property.
★MONTHLY STAYS★
Monthly stays require monthly cleaning service for an additional $125 per month.
★IMPORTANT★
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. This place had everything you need. Only missing item was an ice tray to make ice. Everything else was provided and made for a great stay.

This house was perfect for 7 of my friends and I to stay at this past weekend for my birthday! They had everything we needed and/or could want! The pool was amazing and just perfect for the Florida heat and the location of the house was super close to Indian Shores beach! We all had a fantastic time and will definitely use Sarah and Cale’s VRBO again for future get together me! Thank you so much!
