Conveniently located, South-facing, lots of windows all facing the Miramichi river, capturing Sunrise light to Sunset light, this naturally-bright character home was newly renovated with new appliances, including professional stainless steel propane stove and dreamy soaker tub.
Blessed with a double-wide paved driveway and adjacent empty side lot with wide U turn makes easy pull in/out for vehicle hauling a noat trailer or an RV.
Backyard and deck to chill out on.
Giant willow tree on side lot.
Sorry, yard is not fenced in, so not safe for pets. Located only 5 minutes from City Limits, it has the feeling of being far away from it all but being very close to it all at the same time. The highway is typically quiet with the exception of midweek commuting times.
There is a Homestead Farm next door with Icelandic sheep.
