Every day something in nature, a bear in the bushes, picturesque autumn foliage perfect for hipsters and dudes, kids and us grownups. Enjoy the mountain views. The Lodge is surrounded by miles of forest land. Enjoy the mountain views. Parties or events are not allowed.
This cozy Apartment is perfect for people who want a quiet weekend getaway or longer from the city. For Summer visitors we’re a mile away from Belleayere beach and numerous hiking and mountain biking trails the Belleayre Music Festival is only 2-car minutes away when it is happening. If you come in the winter you will be within a car minute at the ski base station that takes you up the mountain.
Some of you may be visiting the area for the very first time, and are not quite sure how to go about selecting a room(s). No worries. At our Alpine Four Season Lodge, all the things that are important to you, will be here for you.
Updated & renovated in 2022. We have for you clean a cozy, clean/sanitized and quiet rooms. There is electric heat when needed with plenty of hot water, good water pressure. The rooms are appointed in various designs from fancy, opulent to contemporary-modern. Our credo of bringing-the-nature-into-the-room becomes evident by the names of birds for each room.
Generally, cell phones will work on our property and we offer free wifi for our guests.
When you stay with us you’ll enjoy:
- we’re pet friendly (1 pet)
- a new large-screen smart TV where you can stream you’re Netflix, Amazon, Hulu etc. channels
- You`re welcome to use the fireplace on the property
- Enjoy sunbathing on the porch
- Free to use a modern hair dryer; We’re pleased to offer new beds with comfy memory foam mattresses and hotel-style bedding
- Your own breakfast kitchenette with state of the art induction top, art deco refrigerator, a new fashioned microwave, tea kettle, and a modern coffee-maker. Please bring your favorite, ground coffee brand along. Pots & pans, plats, utensils and cooking basics are provided e.g. salt & pepper and more.
- Yoga anybody, use the provided mats and more
- A variation of board games for fun and smiles
- For your safety we equipped each room with a fire extinguisher, first-aid kit and a smoke/carbon monoxide detector
- Safe, contact-less electronic key entry
A 30-minute drive brings you to Woodstock that lead you to popular shops, and restaurants for those seeking a good live and wholesomeness.
GETTING AROUND
By Train and Bus
If you`re considering traveling by train, Amtrak and Metro-North both service numerous stops along the Hudson River, after which you`ll need to rent a car or take a taxi to get to our house.
If traveling by bus, these are your best bets:
Adirondack/Pine Hill Trailways, servicing the eastern region of the Catskills including Palenville, Hunter, Tannersville and Windham in Greene County, as well as Woodstock, Phonecia, Pine Hill (2 car minutes away from our property), Andes, Delhi, Fleischmanns (2 car minutes away from our property) and Margaretville in Ulster and Delaware Counties.
We`re uniquely close to the Belleayre mountain resort for outdoor adventure ....hiking, skiing and so much more.

Our contemporary four season lodge is tastefully updated that offers comfort and modern living. The in-nature 2021 restoration is evident by the bird themes given to various living spaces and the zen-like atmosphere is defined with provided yoga mats & more. Enjoy mountain views and ideal proximity to numerous nature activities……swim at Pinehill Beach just a few minutes away, take the gondola trip up the Bellayere mountain to enjoy a panoramic view. Enjoy the heart of the Catskills.

While booking please remember that we have a 2-day minimum. Our rates are based on a 2-person occupancy, and we have weekday/seasonal rates.

A perfect cozy Catskills get away for two! The hammocks and secluded outdoor mini dining area were a really fun addition and everything in the unit is well throughout to make the best use of the space while having full service amenities! It was cute and comfortable, the location is central to a lot of Catskills attractions and we will definitely be recommending it to others!

I enjoyed my stay at the little owl apartment. It was decorated very cutely, and felt very homey. The bed was very comfortable as were the linens

Charming little apt with a lovely deck and very well planned space. I did not read the description well ( my fault) we are in our late 60s and sleeping on a pull out bed was interesting! Had I know that, we would not have stayed there! But, I’m glad we did ! I love the way the place was set up to use every bit of space & I loved the concept! Think tiny house! The space was clean, easy access and the air conditioning was great( was very hot weekend) . I reached out to Daniel several times and got a message back almost immediately. This is a perfect affordable stay for a younger couple !
