Like the headline states, it's a super modest 1 bed 1 bath apartment located 15 mins outside of Downtown ATX with easy access to 183 and I35. Living room TV with most streaming services, Smart TV in the Master bedroom, full kitchen, granite countertops, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi and Cable included. 24/7 Gym access, Community Pool, Dog Park. Ricardo was an enthusiastic and responsice host. He made sure to communicate regularly and always responded in a timely manner. The apartment was as stated, a simple bachalor pad, but it included a lot of amenities like pots and pans, a coffee , really anything you would need . If i come back to Austin I will definetly stay here again.maker and kettle
