Our vacation rental is located on the first floor and covers approximately 100 m². With 4 bedrooms, each featuring its own bathroom and toilet, there’s plenty of space for up to 7 people. Two refrigerators and a separate kitchen are perfect for cooking together. The bedrooms consist of two with double beds, one with a corner double bed, and one with a single bed. From the balcony—which you can access directly from two of the bedrooms—you’ll enjoy a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains and the nearby Inn River.

Enjoy your vacation, whether in summer or winter, in this peaceful setting with views of the Hohe Salve and the Wilder Kaiser.
Bike paths run right past the house, and just 500 meters away you’ll find the local bus—and in winter, the ski bus—which will take you all the way to Hochfilzen for free with your Hohe Salve guest card. You can conveniently lock your bikes or skis in our tower or store them in the heated basement—there’s plenty of space.
