About this apartment rental
Our apartment is located in a 18th century private mansion, classified as a historical monument, in the heart of old Paris, should be a perfect fit. Just to warn you it’s located on the 4th floor from the ground without elevator as it’s an old building.The atmosphere of the residence is very calm and serene and if you listen carefully you’ll hear the bells of St Paul’s church and your downstair neighbor playing piano
It's elegantly furnished and extremely comfortable, in a fantastic location with many day's worth of sights (museums, gardens, libraries) within walking distance. Everything needed for delightful days is right outside the door: flower shops, fruit shops, bakeries, patisseries, deli, grocery and many restaurants. Just be aware that you need sturdy knees for the many stairs (apartment is on 4th floor, no elevator).
You’ll be a local and savor picnic on the quays of the river Seine, evening walks around Notre-Dame, and an easy walking distance to museums, Notre Dame, le Marais quarter, Latin quarter and several metro stations.
Self check-in is easy as there is a key-box right next to the apartment's door, but you can request a personal check-in depending on your arrival schedule.

Please note that the apartment is located on the 4th floor from the ground, since the building was built in the year 1620 the stairs are not designed for an elevator. Your efforts will be rewarded by a great view of the roofs of Paris, the skyline and the stunning frescoes of the courtyard.
Like most French apartments the unit does not have air conditioning as it is a historic building, however the apartment has a good refreshing cross breeze between the bedroom and living room windows that open fully.
The residence rules do not allow any parties.
