About this house rental
Popular Smith Beach getaway, centrally located to all that Phillip Island has to offer, whether you want to surf, go fishing, attend to the motor races or explore the nature parks and wildlife or just relax at the beach.
Comfortable 2 bedroom house ideal for 2 couples or a family.
Guests have access to the main part of the house including the two main bedrooms (as photographed)
There is a separate, locked off area that is sometimes occupied by the owner.
This is accessed through a seperate door to ensure privacy for the guests.
Guest can access the laundry via a seperate back door.
- Pets and smoking are not allowed inside the house. You may smoke on the balcony. No extra guests to stay unless booked through airbnb. No parties. Please respect the neighbours. We ask you to leave the house in a tidy state. Please put your dishes in the dishwasher and start it up before you leave.
- You must also acknowledge Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $300

Nice house but needs a good clean! Thick dust, cobwebs, dirty drawers and cupboards and old grey bedlinen which has seen too many washes. Broken and stained blinds. Kitchen cupboards are tired and dirty. Shame a s house has potential
