New England - Cape Cod style property with open concept interior; tasteful, clean, and comfortable furnishings. Multiple work space options for keeping up with work on-the-fly while enjoying all that lake life has to offer.
A large primary suite (King) sits on one side of the home, w/ two guest bedrooms (King, Queen) on the other end of the house. The three bedrooms are spacious, comfortable, and set up for relaxation. The master / primary en-suite includes an over-sized tub as well as a stand-up shower.
Kitchen, dining, and living room areas are spacious and open, with high ceilings & skylights. Large screen hi-def flat screen tv in the main living room also has gas fireplace and a private library. Den overlooking the lake has a smaller tv; both TV's have Roku devices for access to streaming services. New washer & dryer available in full laundry room.
Cozy closed-in lakeside backporch opens to a small back deck. Large front side porch is set back from main road. The beautiful back porch sun room has wall-to-wall windows looking out at the lake.

Very clean, well stocked property. There is plenty of space and it was perfect for our girls’ weekend. Lake access was great and the yard was nice for relaxing by the water. The venue next door did have a wedding Saturday night but the noise was at a reasonable level for us as a group of adults who even appreciated the joy of the event. Hosts offered flexibility with check in and check out which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

This is an outstanding rental with superb amenities. The layout is perfect for families with children or just adults. Spectacular view and property. No disappoint here. We will be back.

The property itself is lovely, and the owner Stephen was kind and responsive. Nonetheless, I would not return. There is a wedding venue next door, and oh boy, it was loud. When providing the door code the day ahead of our stay, Stephen also warned us that the property directly next door hosts events, including many weddings in the summer and fall. During our stay, there was an event on the Friday and Saturday nights. Music began around 4:00 and continued—getting progressively louder—until 10:00. By 8:00 the music was so loud that the bedroom furniture on the south side of the house was vibrating with the bass. When I messaged Stephen he was nice and assured us that the music would stop at 10:00 sharp. If we didn’t have young children, it would have simply been a nuisance, but having my kids up two hours past their bedtime two nights in a row made for some real misery. The wedding tent was clearly visible from the house. That’s how close you are to this venue. It could be a blast if you want to sit out back and enjoy the lake views accompanied by a DJ’s playlist. Maybe a property better suited to people looking for a party atmosphere? Sadly, I would not recommend this property to families with kids or anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing weekend away. Though, I imagine it’s quieter during the weekdays!
