Home is Situated Perfectly Positioned to Downtown Lake Worth and the Beaches. Minutes to West Palm Beach airport I95, and the Palm Beach Zoo. The neighborhood comes with lots of quiet moments and peacefulness.

There is a max of 6 guests allowed overnight, and a max of 8 guests allowed at any other time.
You must be 24 years or older to rent this property or contact the property owner directly to discuss additional required deposit.
This is a No Smoking property. Evidence of smoking will result in additional fees for ozone cleaning.
No loud noise after 10pm outside.
No parties or gatherings are allowed.
Upon booking, we require a copy of the lead guest’s drivers license, and the full names of all other additional guests.
Lead guest does take responsibility for any person on the property, excluding the mgt. co., the property owner, and their agents, to the fullest extent allowable by law.
Failure to follow home safety norms or breaking any of the above stated home rules will result in the immediate termination of rights and privileges without warning and without a refund.

The place is super cute with a very nice back yard space. Didn’t love the fact that we had to share the laundry room with the guests in the adjacent cottage. That was a little awkward.

The property is lovely inside and out. The neighborhood is older and a mix of homes and apartments. Foot traffic was mainly kids going to school or dog walkers. Lots of non chain restaurants in the area. A variety of things to do within 30 minutes. We loved it!
