The 33 m² apartment was completely renovated in the summer of 2024, is fully equipped, and offers you the best possible comfort for your vacation. It can accommodate 2 adults, 2 children, and 1 baby (travel crib).There is a double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m. A highlight for families is the spacious loft bed with two sleeping areas measuring 1.20 x 1.80 m and 0.70 x 1.20 m. The kitchenette is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, sink, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle and egg cooker, coffee maker, and all necessary cooking utensils and dishes. A corner bench provides enough space for the whole family at the table. You’ll have access to free Wi-Fi and a large flat-screen TV in the apartment. The cozy balcony, facing southwest, invites you to relax. We’ve included the following extras in our vacation rental to make your stay as pleasant as possible.The following spices are available: salt, pepper, curry, herbes de Provence, oregano, chili, paprika, soup stock, oil, and vinegar. To help you start your day off right, a Bosch Tassimo coffee maker with a few capsules will be available upon your arrival. We’ve also provided some chamomile, peppermint, and fruit tea bags. Bed linens and towels are provided free of charge but will not be changed or replaced during your stay.In addition, the following extras are available: a high chair, a hair dryer, board games, table tennis paddles and balls, and an in-room safe. We’d be happy to provide a travel crib with a mattress free of charge upon request. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are provided via a key safe; you will receive the exact details in a separate email. No free cancellations. A deposit equal to 100% of the total price will be charged after booking. Payment is made by bank transfer. Pets are not allowed. The tourist tax of 2.30 EUR per person (ages 16 and up) per night and 1.40 EUR for ages 6–15 will be charged in cash on site.
