About this house rental

Our “HAVEN ON THE PARKWAY" Is newly renovated with a very modern touch. Cozy,comfortable and able to house up to 6 guests in our 3 bedroom 1 bathroom. We have lots of comfortable seating and three flat screens to keep you entertained during your stay. We are 4 minutes from the Rutland Avenue Subway, and a 24 hour Grocery store on the Corner. We, your hosts live only minutes away from our Triplex. we will be happy to serve you with all your needs and questions.

We booked a weekend trip for our group of 5 and found this place very clean, comfortable and spacious. Had all the amenities we needed, and nicely decorated. The neighborhood was easily accessible near metro stations too, and the hosts were always quick to respond and very proactive by checking in on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Highly recommend!

We had a group of five girls staying here and found it incredibly comfortable! Everyone had their own bed, and there was room to all gather in the dining area. The neighborhood is good, but not the most convenient for public transit. Still not bad as the 3 line is just a 9 minute walk so just really depends on where you’re going in the city! Our host was very communicative and accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!
