About this cabin rental
Each air conditioned log cabin has two bedrooms with queen sized beds ( linens furnished), one couch, color TV, DirecTV Satellite, DVD, free WiFi, covered porch (lawn chairs provided), fully equipped kitchen, BBQ pit and picnic table. Seventeen cabins are available. Six have 1 bath. Eleven have 2 baths (on orchard side). No daily maid service. Towels not furnished. An on-site washateria is available. Only two vehicles may be parked at each cabin ($5.00 per day charge for second vehicle). Free WiFi throughout the park
You can float or lounge in the Frio River or head down to Leakey which is just a minute's drive away. You'll find the Leakey Mercantile which will have all your grocery needs. Leakey Liquors offers a large selection of Beer, Wine, and Spirits.

We stayed two nights and spent the days at Garner State Park. Very pleased with how clean the cabin was; host was quick to respond to any questions. Location was beautiful. We did not do any meal preparation there but it would have been a challenge as the kitchen isn't especially well stocked.

We had a couple of hiccups in the process but the was a great experience overall. It was difficult to find the cabin because we got there after dark and there wasn't a lot of lighting. It was resolved quickly. We didn't have hot water in one of the bathrooms and in that same room there was an issue with the lamp. These were very minor issues and we were so excited and grateful for this experience. We loved the property over all and will not only stay again, we highly recommend this property.
