About this cabin rental
This beautiful, new (as of August 2024) cabin in Sevierville is the perfect retreat for guests looking to unwind and to enjoy all that this vacation destination has to offer. Located within a 10 minute drive of the Parkway (the main strip in Pigeon Forge), you get the best of both worlds - close to the attractions yet nestled on a quiet street with a view of Bluff Mountain. Enjoy top amenities, including the indoor heated saltwater pool, pool table, arcade games, TVs in every bedroom, theater room with a 98" TV, fast WiFi, gas fireplace, park style charcoal grill and a washing machine and dryer. And, of course, there’s a hot tub! Sunset Splash sleeps ten guests comfortably in two king suites, one queen bunk suite, and one sleeper sofa. The main level en suite bath has a walk-in shower. For added convenience there is a 1/2 bath on each level of the cabin. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. *We recommend travel insurance if you’re booking during the winter season.

Check in was easy. Communication was great. We visit the area at least twice a year and we definitely plan on staying at this cabin again if available. Kids loved the pool, and theater room. Beds were super comfy. Overall we had a great experience. Thank you Audrey!!!

The cabin and property was outstanding and would highly recommend to anyone. The beds slept fantastic and we needed after a long day helping with teens at the Arise conference. The amenities were also great the pool and hot tub were a plus and really enjoyed the porch sitting in the evening.

Very good location close to parkway and out of noise and traffic. Host was very good at communicating. Couldnt ask for a better stay. Piol and hot tub were wonderful as well as all the large tvs in cabin.

This cabin was amazing!! My whole family loved it an enjoyed everything about it. My kids was occupied the entire stay.We didn't have to go out an do anything, everything we needed to have a great family vacation was in this cabin!! Highly recommend
