Discover this charming house located at 123 rue Emmanuel Foy in Yport, a true haven of peace just 300 meters from the sea. Ideally designed to accommodate up to 6 people, this spacious and well-equipped house is perfect for a family holiday.
On the first floor, you will be greeted by a large, bright living room, including a convivial living room and a fully fitted and equipped open kitchen. You will also find plenty of practical storage, a modern shower room with toilet, as well as a laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs:
- Three comfortable bedrooms await you: the first, of 9 m², has a double bed (140x200), ideal for children or guests; the second bedroom, spacious of 22 m², is equipped with a king-size bed (180x200); and finally, the third bedroom of 20 m² offers a romantic four-poster bed (160x200).
- An additional shower room upstairs offers a cabin with water jets and a steam room, as well as a toilet.
The small, beautifully maintained garden is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or to enjoy a meal al fresco.
You will also enjoy free Wi-Fi to stay connected during your stay.
Located just 150 metres from the local shops, this house is in a prime location for exploring the surrounding area. You are 7 km from Fécamp, 13 km from Étretat, and about 40 km from Le Havre, ideal distances for day trips along the Alabaster Coast.
Itinerary:
By car:
- From Paris, take the A13 motorway towards Rouen/Caen, then take the A131 towards Le Havre. Then take the Pont de Tancarville exit and follow the D39 to Yport.
- From Rouen, take the D6015 towards Fécamp. Then continue on the D925 to Yport.
- By train :P catch a train from Paris Saint-Lazare to Fécamp station. From there, you can take a bus (line 24 towards Le Havre) that will take you directly to Yport.
- By bus:There are regular bus connections from Le Havre or Fécamp. Line 24 is the most direct to Yport.
Parking in Yport is not free, especially during the high season (June to September).
Here are the nearby parking lots:
- Alexandre Dumont parking lot: located on Boulevard Alexandre Dumont, this is one of the largest parking lots in the city.
- Joseph Boulard parking lot: at 106 rue Emmanuel Foy, very close to your accommodation.
- Charles de Gaulle parking lot: located on rue Charles de Gaulle, a few minutes walk from the downtown.
