• Pet Policy:
Dogs are welcome at Laurel Brook (maximum 2 dogs, 40 lb weight limit) with a $100 pet fee.
• Security Cameras:
Exterior cameras monitor the driveway and fire pit areas. Guests may not move, cover, or tamper with cameras, alarms, or security lights.
• Parking:
Maximum 3 vehicles may be parked overnight.
• Mid-Stay Cleaning:
For stays longer than 14 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled during your stay and charged at the same rate as the standard cleaning fee. Additional cleaning charges may apply if excessive cleaning or damage occurs.
• Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking and prior to check-in.

We had an excellent stay. The only small thing to note is that the mini fridge downstairs is not available to use for your snacks/beverages. It wasn’t a big issue for us, but it did seem like it would be available based on the pics/description. The house is very pretty and comfortable.
