This delightful 85 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this dynamic city. It is located on the 2nd floor and has a lift access.
It is designed with open living and kitchen spaces. The living room features a lovely sitting area, including a double couch bed, where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.
The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware, an oven and cutleries to make delicious meals.
There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and multiple storage spaces for your belongings.
The bathrooms have all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Carcavelos, located near Lisbon, is renowned for its wide sandy beach, perfect for sunbathing, surfing, and water sports. Just a short train ride from the capital, it offers a convenient coastal escape with cafes and restaurants along the beachfront.
The town is also home to the historic São Julião da Barra Fort, which overlooks the Tagus River. Part of the Cascais area, Carcavelos provides easy access to nearby attractions like Cascais and Estoril, making it a popular destination for both relaxation and exploration.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, Carcavelos, is just a 2-minute walk.
Humberto Delgado Airport is a 28-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

The apartment was great with lots of light, clean and welcoming. The area was great close to everything even within walking distance. If anything was needed I would just txt the host and a reply was almost instantaneous. Thank you so much to you and the host.

The property was close to the train station, restaurants, and grocery store, all within walking distance. We picked this location for its proximity to my son's friend who was staying with family. The location was close to the beach as well. The property is spacious and has plenty of room for our family of 4 with two grown children. We had a pleasant stay while visiting Portugal.

Nice unit. For checking your instructions need to warn that Google Maps is wrong and give precise instructions to find the unit.

I was traveling with my family of four, including 2 kids, age 7 and 10. This was the perfect location as we could walk to the beach in 20 minutes or walk to the train station in 5 minutes and catch the train and be in Lisbon in about 30 minutes. The apartment was big, clean and comfortable. I would recommend this place and hope to stay here again in the future.
