About this house rental
This unique home has everything you want from luxury design, stunning 360 degree views w/ two tiered massive rooftop deck plumbed with a gas BBQ, wet bar & bath perfect for entertaining! Walk into an open floor plan w/ large living area that leads to a private fenced back yard. From the lvrm look up to see stunning light fixtures that draw you to the 18 ft ceilings! 2nd floor boasts lrg bdrm, full bath & custom glass wall along with office space. 3rd flr has master bedroom w/ 5 piece bath!
Please see our strict house rules in place to keep the highest quality for all of our guests:
-No smoking or use of drugs allowed
-No parties or events allowed (must be pre-cleared with Host/Property Owner, insurance deposit required)
-Check-in time 4pm onwards
-No extra/Overnight guests ( Have more guests than listed in reservation or if the number doesn’t match we reserve the right to cancel reservation)
-No mail delivered here ( unless personally arranged head of time)
-No moving/rearranging furnitures
-No unplugging all the electronics like TVs, lamps, etc.
-No Disrespecting/disturbing the neighbors
-No loud music after 10pm
-11am is check out time

I was in town for a Massage training. House was very clean, open, welcoming and inviting. The views are AMAZING all the way around! I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy. The convenience was so great close to everything. Easy to find, where you enter is located in an alley. Parking is the only thing I will say was a bit challenging if you had a bigger car. I would love to stay here again in the future!

Neat and tidy place in Seattle. Nice rooftop to view the city. Good neighborhood and great communication from the owner. They even prepared for a possible storm by ordering ahead to have needed items at the house.

Great views from deck is advertised. Location is within 15 minutes of just about everything. Would stay here again.
