Our cozy designer styled apartment suites allow you to experience the authentic Montreal neighborhood living in the historic district, walking distance from the St. Lawrence River and Place Jacques-Cartier. Our suites are fully renovated, equipped to make you feel at home, with hotel standards. Maison Rasco is self-check-in, stays are fully paid before arrival and access codes are sent confidentially via your SMS, emails, and your booking channel messages for a smooth arrival with peace of mind. The Space:
Our One-Bedroom King-size bed Suite Apartment is beautifully designed and styled to enhance Old Montreal architectural features, with lots of natural light. The suite has exposed wood beams on the ceiling, and stone walls. The suite apartment has a city view and is fully equipped for short, medium and long stays. It is approx. 650 SF, with a separate bedroom and a King-size bed. We offer amenities through the stay such as shampoo, conditioner, body gel, hand soap, coffee pods, dishwashing soap, washing machine pods, etc.
Guest Access:
Your access codes are sent via SMS, email, and through your booking channel messages between 2pm and 3pm on your arrival day, provided full payment for the reservation is received, and provided you have submitted your check-in form with a valid ID. Maison Rasco offers self-check-in. Our team is available 24/7 to assist you. Simply reply to one of our messages or call our toll-free number.

Maison Rasco is located on the iconic St-Paul St. in the historic district, in the heart of Old Montreal. The neighborhood has the perfect mixt of coolness and history, attracting locals, tourists and workers. Some of the best, well-known restaurants & bars, and coolest shops are in Old Montreal. Everything is walking distance: restaurants, museums, spas, cafes, terraces, shops, art galleries, etc. You can also easily commute by renting a Bixi, or by taking public transportation (bus, metro, REM). Old Montreal is the perfect destination to simply stroll around while admiring the architecture of the historic district and soak up local culture with its many entertainments. ⦁ Any damage caused in a suite apartment or within Luxury In Transit Collection of Homes will be the responsibility and expense of the guest for a new replacement of the damaged goods
In the event of a breach of the rules, we reserve the right to charge and expel the guest(s) at any time during their stay. Please note that the person who made the reservation is responsible for the suite from the day of arrival to the day of departure. If the booking was made for someone else, please mention it on the check-in form in the Guest App.

Everything looked nice when we got in, but as we started to unpack and use the kitchen, we noticed that there were lots of missing items. There were only four hangars (we saw the cleaning ladies, and they immediately gave us more). I can honestly say that they were so kind and accommodating (they replaced the light bulb over the kitchen table as the wattage was so low). The kitchen did not have a coffee pot nor a single baking dish (we had to buy our own foil to bake something), no pot holders (we had to use the kitchen towel), no coffee mugs (we had to buy our own), no coffee, sweetner, salt nor pepper. We had to use the credenza under the TV to store our clothes, and we had to put our toiletries on the floor as the drawers had towels and toilet tissue in them. The drawers had a cut out to accommodate the sink plumbing. We could have used a step stool in the kitchen as the cabinet shelves were so high. A blanket would have really helped; I had to use towels to cover myself on the couch so that I could take a nap. The king size bed and pillows were comfortable; and the bedding was nice.
