This privately owned, fully renovated waterfront condo sits directly on the Marco River at the heart of Olde Marco Village — Marco Island's most walkable, historically rich neighborhood. The unit is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay: no shared interior spaces, no other guests in your home.
Floor-to-ceiling sliders open from the living area onto a private screened lanai with unobstructed river views. Dolphins are a regular morning visitor. Sunrise over the water is a daily event worth waking up for. It's the kind of place where the coffee tastes better and the days slow down.

This condo sleeps up to four guests and is ideally suited for couples, small families, or two adults traveling together who want a proper home base — not just a place to sleep. Guest Nook: Twin daybed with pull-out trundle — sleeps a second adult or two children comfortably, with a second full bathroom steps away

The kitchen was renovated to actually be used. You'll find:

This is an absolutely fantastic appartment in which my wife and I had the most wonderful week.
After nearly 30 years of travelling throughout Florida, we would rate this as one of the very best. Put simply, if Bill and Kelly our hosts had not provided it in the apartment, then you did not need it.
Even consumable items such as good coffee and washing powder, which we always expect to purchase, were there in plentiful quantities.
The apartment was beautifully decorated, fitted out and spotlessly clean.
Where to start?
If you love overlooking the water, watching boats passing by and Dolphins frolicking directly below your balcony, then this is the place for you.
If you love a spotlessly clean pool and spa area, then this is the place for you.
If you like having lovely grounds to wander around, sit in, relax and BBQ at night in, then this is the place for you.
If you enjoy peace, quiet and having other friendly owners/guests to speak with, then this is the place for you.
The Fearons have provided a 5 star appartment which we could not have faulted in anyway and we would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in lovely Marco Island.
Thank you for a great week and if we return to Marco, we would love to stay with you again.

I cannot say enough about this property! I rely on reviews myself when deciding where to stay and I promise you will NOT be disappointed here!The communication up front was fantastic, including a document you download that gives all the info you could need! The owners responded quickly to all questions.The unit itself was beautiful with an incredible view! The thing we really appreciated were the top notch amenities. Stocked with things like paper towel, toilet paper, shampoo, etc. as well as laundry detergent and dishwasher soap! Literally everything you would need was available!We absolutely loved the coffee bar! Stocked with so many options…You won’t be disappointed with this place!!Thank you to the owners…we will be back!!

The communication with the host was very valuable. They went above and beyond. The condo and surrounding area is kept very clean. Location looking over water was beautiful. I look forward to visiting again next year.
