Nestled against the natural rock formations of Boulder Bay and mere steps from Big Bear Lake, this unique Big Bear cabin offers a picturesque setting. Close to National Forest hiking trails, including Castle Rock, Boulder Bay Park, and The Lake.
LIVING SPACE - Cozy 700+ sq ft home with living room, TV, ceiling fan, dining table, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Bedroom has a queen bed. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Beautiful custom counter tops, custom cabinets, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave with convection bake function, Air Fryer, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots, and pans. The kitchen also features a breakfast bar for additional seating.
AMENITIES - Smart TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Cuddle up next to the cozy wood burning fireplace on those chilly Big Bear nights.
OUTDOORS - Large enclosed back deck with hot tub and outdoor kitchen area with built in natural gas barbecue.
PARKING - 1 car driveway. During Winter Months, guests will need chains/cables to get to the home or a 4-wheel drive vehicle, as it is partially unpaved.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
