The room was spacious and the service impeccable. The front desk is always ready to help you with whatever you need, whether that's more water, translation help, or booking other services. There's even a free daily laundry service! Even after we checked out, Jolie helped us get a car to the airport

The location is fabulous!!!. The staff are amazing!!! professional, efficient and kind. A member of the hotel staff came out in the rain to escort us to the hotel and dealt with the taxi cab driver- thank you thank you.
In addition, the sole of my shoe became unglued and they kindly arranged for the repair.
I travel through out the world by myself and this hotel’s staff was amazing.

Hotel location is great - it is near so many food vendors and shops . The staff is amazing and very helpful. There is 24 hour Laundry service - just drop off your clothes at the front desk and it will be cleaned and delivered back to your hotel room. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

Amazing to have free laundry and location right on bustling alley with food and shopping all day and well into evening. Also easy access to subway and centrally located (we visited sites in all directions from this hub)
