    Website stated 20 sqm room, in fact, only about 9sqm!!! Worst hotel we ever stayed- too tired and late to change! Toilet poo cannot be flushed away (old toilet design), carpet soiled & smelly!!! Too tired & troublesome to change hotel.

    Where to start. The keychain provided to me was broken. Room smelled like someone smoke a cigarette. The bathroom was mouldy as if it was never washed. The plaster from one wall was peeled off Some wire was out and work was not properly done. The washbasin entry lead was broken.. The shower faucet adjusting from cold to hot was messed up. They don't provide cleaning services Once I asked at the reception to refill the water bottle.. he took around 15 mins just to standing and trying to search on the internet translator..and his answer was no we cannot give you water..and when I asked why can't you? He waited for more time understanding the question.. far weird to understand anything...here was no faucet to fill the water.. The bath water smelled like sewer. Disgusting the most disgusting hotel in Yonago. I wish someone seriously shut down their hotel. Or assign some good staff who can take care of the hotel.. totally disgusted
