Literally steps from the Scituate Lighthouse and beach, famous Sandhills General Store and all that the area has to offer. Start the day with a coffee on the deck overlooking the Atlantic and end it with a cocktail in the same spot! In between, relax on the beach and explore the lighthouse. Take a trip to Front Street to shop, sip and dine with some of the South Shore's finest establishments.
Our home is a cozy, early 1900's cottage that is perfect for a small family gathering in our favorite summer destination.

“On The Rocks” is a well kept, cozy home in a wonderful location. The large deck over looks the ocean/harbor where you’ll see boats, lobster pots and the changing tides. The description of the house is accurate but it also includes an outdoor well running shower. The owners were wonderful communicators! We’ll definitely be back.

My wife and I enjoyed spending Christmas week in this cozy cottage with views that made it seem like we were on a ship. Huge wrap-around deck with additional large deck that goes right to the sea wall! The interior was clean and the newer heating system warmed the house wonderfully during our winter stay. Highly recommend for a couple or a young family.

We gather our family together in Scituate ever year, and found the property overlooking the ocean, which was magnificent. All three of our adult children were able to join us and it was a special time. The property was very comfortable and very clean. Larry the owner was very responsive in advance and throughout our stay. Hope to stay there again next year!
