Discover the allure of this exquisite 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom haven, with a private beautiful pool perfectly situated next to a calm small lake (The Tree House also has a Queen Bed that could account for a 4th bedroom for the adventurous)
* This beautifully decorated home accommodates up to 10 guests making it an ideal retreat for families and friends. While close to various restaurants and attractions, you may find it hard to leave once you arrive! The residence features a delightful sunroom, a chef’s kitchen, televisions in all but one bedroom, karaoke nights, and a large projector screen for family movie evenings. On rainy days, enjoy the game room, which includes a pool table, ping pong, and a video game machine.. Your family or group will be thoroughly impressed.
* The private pool can be heated, provided the outside temperature is above 60 degrees. Please note that there is an additional charge of $100 per day for pool heating, as it incurs extra utility costs. Many guests prefer not to heat the pool, especially from June to Oct when the temperatures are typically high.
* The jacuzzi spa is connected to the pool. Please communicate with the hosts in advance regarding the days and times you wish to use it to ensure it is ready for your enjoyment. There is a $50 daily charge to heat the jacuzzi spa.
* Imagine starting your mornings with a cup of coffee and breakfast on the balcony, which features a large umbrella for sunny days. The Person booking the reservation MUST BE present as you are responsible for your Guests OR arrangements made with management (fines & immediate termination of the reservation may apply)
* You must assure that everyone staying in the property has read the house rules.
* Only the Primary guests are allowed to make requests to us since you are responsible for the property during your stay.
* No filming or commercial endeavors on our property without written permission from management.
* As we know, the longer you stay, the more cleaning that must be done--Any stays Longer than 7 days will be billed an additional cleaning charge of $100.00
*Unfortunately due to unexpected low temps Pool can not be heated in Jan and Feb or when temps fall below 60

The Perfect Place for a Special Celebration – Unforgettable Stay!This home was truly something special for us as we gathered to celebrate my dear friend’s 60th birthday. From the moment we arrived, it felt warm, inviting, and perfectly suited for bringing people together.The layout made it easy for everyone staying overnight to be comfortable, while also creating a fantastic space for hosting guests who came to celebrate. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit, and the game room kept everyone entertained for hours — from billiards and ping pong to a wide variety of arcade games, there was something for everyone.Our fur babies loved the fenced yard, which gave them plenty of space to run and enjoy themselves. The outdoor kitchen and grilling area made hosting effortless — we were able to cook up burgers and hot dogs for the group and enjoy everything together outside.The lake and dock added another layer to the experience, providing fun fishing moments for the boys and a peaceful backdrop for morning coffee and evening wine. The views alone made this place worth it.The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, quickly assisting us with the few minor questions we had, including walking us through setting up the hot tub temperature and features.This property delivered on every level — fun, comfort, and a beautiful setting. It made a milestone birthday truly memorable, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Nice stay, but it had some cleanliness issues. Also, one of the upstairs tubs has a crack in the bottom of it and soft spots in the flooring under it.

Great place. We really enjoyed our stay. Only suggestion the kitchen drawers were not clean. We started cleaning some of the drawers but then rewashed all the dishes and kept those on top of the countertop. We couldn’t sleep in the treehouse because it was not cleaned with cobwebs and dust. The bedrooms, bathrooms were clean.
