Lovely quiet area , stunning house , comfy beds well equipped .
Does need a paint internally and sadly the daily communications from an agent ( not booking .com who we booked through ) asking us to abide by the rules / contract ( which included sweeping floors!) and one message basically stating ' our neighbours are our eyes and ears so be quiet' felt intrusive and over the top The rent is expensive and we left 1000 dollars bond . As two couples in our 60's we felt the communication interfered with our quiet stay . We won't book again next time in Berry because of this.
