Circle House in the Smoky Mountains

The decor , the space, the cleanliness, the accommodations....stocked kitchen , the windows, the games, and overall vibe were perfect.

Nothing really..... we wish it didn't rain so we could use the fire pit, but we appreciate the fact that it was stocked with wood and sticks for S'mores .

The circle house is nestled by itself on a country road in Whitter. The place is quaint and decorated well. It had all the nice touches, such as games, guitar, music, cable and fire pit. The location is great for our annual trip to the Polar Express. It is in close proximity to Bryson City, Sylva, and Cherokee. I would like to come in the Summer and try tubing on the river and to enjoy the outdoors. This is our family's second visit and we absolutely love it. The open floor plan is lovely, and is wonderful for a toddler full of energy. We will be back.

The house needed cleaning on arrival. There were dirt tracks on the floor. The bathrooms needed attention as well. I cleaned the home prior to my family arriving. I did make a note on a previous survey.

The home was very nice, pretty and had comfortable furniture. We were very pleased and are now even considering a round house as a purchase- the space was just super nice.

The management company was a pain to deal with- they had multiple additional forms sent in multiple batches so they had to be dealt with multiple times, they wanted me to use their app- I don’t want to deal with another app and emails they sent me had links that didn’t work in them. The master bath toilet needs to be repaired and there was no can opener.

No breakfast was offered we cooked our own, The kitchen had everything you could possible need for cooking.
