The buildings are brand new. The location on the canal was great for a walk and to enjoy the view. Central location easy to get to anywhere in Dubai you want to go. Property management (Loutfy) was available 24/7 for all support and any questions we had
The location was not very well mapped (the building are really new!) so some deliveries and Ubers had a bit of a problem getting to the building. I'm sure this will resolve itself in a month max.

Tolle Wohnung. Alles war vorhanden. Insbesondere die Mitarbeiter Loutfy and Mikke waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich
Alles war in Ordnung

Location and its facilities
The mattres in the maid room is not comfortable

Location was great and it had water needed for the purpose.
Bed sheet had a stain in second bedroom.
Furniture had some damage - cigarette burns, broken chair
Second bathroom was very dark
Cleanliness was fair but could be better.
Few things weren’t there on arrival - iron and hairdryer and wrong buidling entry card but were delivered promptly once I requested
