Too many signs saying if you do this you will get a cleaning fine.

Very nice location overlooking vineyard, hills and river. Spacious unit with all you need for a short stay. Nicely decorated and comfortable.
Initially Internet was slow but working but not on the weekend. Also, TV remote control needs new batteries as we couldn’t get it switch on.

Great location on the Tamar River. Very close to vineyards and only a short drive to great restaurants in Launceston.
The decor is a little tired. Some minor plumbing issues have been raised directly with the owner. None of these impacted our enjoyment of the property.
“Tranquility” is relative. The property is located on the West Tamar Highway and is also in a working vineyard.

More comfortable seating in the lounge area. Two person couch was OK. Only one uncomfortable chair. One or two comfortable chairs would have been nice in addition to the couch. Maybe a smaller dining table?
Coffee machine or even Nespresso would be good. Not a fan of instant and it's a 10 minute drive to get fresh coffee.
