About this apartment rental
Enjoy an elegant and central type 3 crossing accommodation, ideal for 4 people family or friends. It is located in the centre of Luchon, on the first floor of a magnificent building of character.
A stone's throw from the shops, the thermal baths, the gondola which takes you to the ski resort in 10 minutes.
It consists of a spacious and very bright living room opening onto a west-facing balcony, an open kitchen, two bedrooms with a view of the mountains, a shower room and a separate toilet.
Living area: open and fitted kitchen cupboards, storage, large dining table, cosy living room with sofa and armchair, television, with marble fireplace, large openings and high ceilings.PGJyPgPGJyPg
Corridor: WC, shower room and cupboard.
Sleeping area: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140, a dresser and a clothes rack, Pretty marble fireplace, mountain view + 1 bedroom with 2 small beds that can be transformed into a double bed, clothes rack, extra chair.
Bed linen and towels are optional at a price of 20 euros per room.
Parking:
You can park in front of the residence in order to unload luggage for 1h30 with a European parking disc, regulated every day of the week, except Sundays and public holidays.
There are two free parking lots 5 minutes walk away, at the following addresses:
Sacampo and 17 rue Julien Sacaze 31110 Bagnères de Luchon.
There are also free spaces in the streets at the back of the residence.
You can also book a paid parking space at the Coloquinte store at 20 allées d'Etigny.

Beautiful well-appointed, well -equipped apartment. Host and property manager were excellent communicators-I believe this is primarily owner-operated-which we really appreciate. Location is close to shops, bakeries, groceries.
