The host and wife were nice. The air conditioner was nice. Had a small fridge and microwave in the room. WiFi was ok.
This was my first time in Puerto Rico, and I was expecting a little more than what I received.
It was difficult to find the location with my GPS. GPS didn't recognize that location and sent me to another house. So I spent 20-30 minutes driving around to find the location. That was the least of my issues. Booking.com gave me a rate for my stay, and I was prepared to pay that, but the owner told me that was the cash-only price. I was using a credit card, and it would have been more. So I had to find an ATM and get cash to pay.
The adjoining restaurant was not open during my stay. So I had to go to Burger King for my meals. The restaurant is only open Monday-Friday, 9 am - 6 pm.
There were times I did not feel safe getting in and out of the building because you had so many locks to open/lock, and once inside, it was like a trap. If a fire breaks out, it would be difficult to get out of the building. Even the Emergency exit is locked.
The accommodations were ok. The mattress was not the softest, and the bathroom did not have hot water.
