The hotel building was very nice, and the room was better than we expected. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The only downside was that the bed linen was dirty

No tissues or papertowls.kitchenette had zero utensils or dishes. Sign on wall said you can pick some up at the reception. But then they wanted 10 euros “cleaning fee”. Staff was beligerent when I was surprised apparently it is on the website. In all : unpleasant surprises and i will never go there again

it was my first time visiting Albstadt, and it was a great place to stay. staff are kind, the breakfast was nice and the beds were so cozy and neat to sleep.

Liked location and cleanliness. Did not like the room entry by code (no card) and no coffee/tea in room.
