Recently refurbished to the highest standards and elegantly decorated, our apartment is the perfect place to experience authentic Cordoba life. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, TV and air conditioning, to guarantee a pleasant and relaxing stay. In addition, the bedroom has access to a charming private patio, where our visitors can enjoy the Andalusian sun or dine al fresco on cool nights.
The kitchen in the apartment is brand new and is equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals, including a fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. In addition, the kitchen is integrated into the same space as the living room, where our guests can relax on the sofa, watch TV or connect to the internet through free WiFi. The entire space is air-conditioned, to guarantee maximum comfort at any time of the year. The bathroom has a sink and shower, and clean towels and toiletries are provided.
The building in which the apartment is located is historic and has a typical Cordovan central patio surrounded by columns, pots and a beautiful water fountain, which makes the stay even more authentic and special.

The apartment was lovely, and you can see that recent upgrades and improvements were completed. The kitchen and bathroom were lovely. The bedroom is set at the back of the apartment which means it's quiet despite being in such a central location. There is a strong mildew odor in caused by an old leak behind the front door. I mentioned this to the property manager and he said the owners were aware of it, but nothing was done to remediate or at least ventilate the space while we were there. The drains also are not well ventilated, so most nights there was a terrible odor that up into the apartment like sewer or "swamp gas and it kept us up at night. We solved this by placing wet towels over the shower drain, as well as the kitchen sink and bathroom sink drains. This property is rented through a secondary agency, so once you book with VRBO, you'll need to work with this other agency and pay them directly. You are not working with a private property owner, so the "care" factor is lower. They are happy for your business, and that's about it.

This was a nice little apt, ideal for two people. Unfortunately the AC didn't work at first and we checked in on Saturday and it wasn't fixed until Monday. Even after being fixed, the humidity still seemed to be high. In addition there was mold in the front room corner causing an unpleasant odor when entering the apt. If it weren't for these issues, I would rate 5* as the location was great. The check in instructions were a video demonstration entry which was a really nice touch.
