If you are looking for a relaxing vacation away from the city crowds, Villa Niazi is the perfect choice for you! The charmingly furnished and designed villa with pool has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. On the first floor of the villa you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining table, a living room with a fireplace and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa from which you can enjoy a wonderful sea view, ideal for movie nights with family or friends, a small table and a large TV. The patio door in the living room offers a breathtaking view of the pool and the beautiful landscape. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One room has access to the balcony. In the outdoor area of the villa on the terrace there is a table with 10 chairs where you can serve a delicious meal prepared on the available charcoal barbecue. There is also garden furniture where you can relax with a cold drink after a long day of fun. Refresh yourself in the pool by the terrace or relax on the sun loungers. Sunbathing on the sun loungers will round off your day. Villa Niazi is ideal for a nice vacation with family or friends and will delight you with its peaceful and beautiful surroundings.Villa Niazi is located in the small village of Moscenicka Draga, not far from Opatija. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa a Villa Niazi. Ci ha colpito soprattutto il panorama unico, che non ti stanchi mai di ammirare. La casa è davvero spaziosa, ottimamente arredata con gusto e classe, ricca di particolari e dotata di ogni comfort. Il signor Ivica che ci ha accolto e che ci ha con premura assistito in ogni necessità è stato davvero gentile, così come il proprietario Signor Zvonimir col quale abbiamo piacevolmente chiacchierato in più di una occasione. Ci ha inoltre organizzato una splendida giornata con una barca privata, nella quale abbiamo visitato l’isola di Cres, diverse calette e spiagge raggiungibili solo dal mare, e un paio di paesi. Dalla villa in pochi minuti si raggiungono negozi, locali, ristoranti e il mare, ma è poi sempre meraviglioso ritornare nella assoluta tranquillità di questa casa che abbiamo sentito come nostra! We spent a wonderful week at Villa Niazi. Above all, we were struck by the unique panorama, which you never get tired of admiring. The house is really spacious, excellently furnished with taste and class, full of details and equipped with every comfort. Mr. Ivica who welcomed us and who kindly assisted us in every need was really kind, as was the owner Mr. Zvonimir with whom we pleasantly chatted on more than one occasion. He also organized a wonderful day with a private boat, in which we visited the island of Cres, several coves and beaches accessible only by sea, and a couple of villages. From the villa you can reach shops, clubs, restaurants and the sea in a few minutes, but it is always wonderful to return to the absolute tranquility of this house that we have felt like ours!
