    The facility is neat and clean but ideal for people who have own vehicle as you don’t get anything near. Attendants are good and well mannered.

    The villa is definitely newly built but has we faced a lot of issues. Starting from a delayed checkin, even the plastics weren’t removed from the mattress,which took almost 40 minutes to do it. The breakfast options is very limited, one south indian dish only, coffee was really bad. One of the staff is an old man who’s very straightforward and not very welcoming. After going around Varkala, we realised there are plenty of better options sea side facing in Southern and northern cliff. One can definitely find better options in this amount.
