The property is old but my room was clean and smelled good. The bed isn't comfy but bring a pillow and it's ok. The refrigerator and microwave were like new and worked great. Laundry was super convenient & expensive

Great staff they're very helpful everything tries to be maintained when we concern is not being able to get quarters for washing machines and drivers
